The Wheeler EAP is seeking a Contract Manager/Clinician with strong EAP experience and a solid business background. This position will be responsible for the overall planning, operations, and management of an onsite Employee Assistance Program including the provision of direct clinical services, organizational development  and management consultations. This position requires interfacing with occupational health staff, human resources, employee relations professionals, managers and front line supervisors. Other responsibilities include developing and facilitating trainings, compiling utilization reports, facilitating quarterly EAP meetings, providing critical incident response services, expanding EAP provider network, providing project management support and back-up coverage to Wheeler`s EAP program manager. The EAP Clinician position requires clinical licensure plus five-years of EAP experience. Current CEAP preferred.
